一係列模塊組件(jiàn)使SP25M用戶能(néng)夠自建(jiàn)自(zì)我(wǒ)需(xū)求的測(cè)頭能力(lì)。

每(měi)一種SM25-#掃描(miáo)模塊在增益(yì)和(hé)彈簧剛性方(fāng)麵(miàn)都經(jīng)過優化(huà)處(chǔ)理(lǐ)，可(kě)適(shì)應(yīng)規定(dìng)的(dí)測(cè)針(zhēn)長(cháng)度(dù)範圍。每一種模(mó)塊(kuài)都(dū)有(yǒu)相(xiāng)匹配(pèi)的(dí)SH25-#測(cè)針架。

SH25-3和SH25-4測針架(jià)是一(yī)根固定的碳纖(xiān)維(wéi)杆，上麵安(ān)裝了M3測針(zhēn)，提供(gōng)合適(shì)的工作(zuò)長度(dù)。

同(tóng)時，SP25M在使(shǐ)用(yòng)SM25-1/2/3/4掃(sǎo)描(miáo)模(mó)塊和原(yuán)裝(zhuāng)標準測(cè)針架 (SH25-1/2/3/4) 時，可以安裝(zhuāng)曲柄(bǐng)式(shì)（非(fēi)直(zhí)式）測(cè)針(zhēn)配置，但(dàn)是(shì)在(zài)需要較大(dà)偏(piān)置的場(cháng)合，要實現測(cè)量性能(néng)，雷尼(ní)紹建議使用新(xīn)型(xíng)SH25-2A/3A/4A係(xì)列測針架，該測針架(jià)專門用於(yú)解(jiě)決(jué)此類測針組(zǔ)合(hé)可(kě)能導(dǎo)致(zhì)的問題。
